This course is ideal for the project lead or members of the project team responsible for rolling out Creative Force. This content in this unit is relevant when planning the practical steps of executing your rollout of Creative Force to your organization.
At this point in your Creative Force journey, you established a rollout team that meets regularly following a structured weekly agenda. Your rollout team has also put together a vision for your rollout which you’ve shared with your organization.
Now, the time has come to plan your rollout of Creative Force. In this unit, we provided a series of practical examples to illustrate the different approaches your rollout team can take to implementing Creative Force.
