Course Audience

This course is ideal for the project lead or members of the project team responsible for rolling out Creative Force. Learners will find this content most relevant at the beginning of their Creative Force journey. This can mean either while they are in the final procurement stages or at the very beginning of preparing for the rollout of Creative Force to their organization.

Description

As you begin to move towards rolling out Creative Force to your organization, you’ll need help. For this, we recommend forming a rollout team to help manage and execute the project of integrating Creative Force with your Creative Operations.

In this unit, we walk you through critical factors you should consider when forming your rollout team. This includes:

  • The purpose of forming a rollout team

  • Characteristics that make for effective rollout team members

  • Critical roles you should fill in your rollout team

  • The role of promoters and detractors in your rollout team

This unit also presents a pair of activities to help you apply what you’ve learned in this course to the formation of your rollout team.

In the first activity, we’ve provided you a downloadable worksheet to help you map your stakeholders to help you identify ideal candidates for your rollout team.

With your team selected, we suggest gathering together as a group to participate in filling out the downloadable Roles & Responsibilities sheet we’ve provided for you.

By the end of this unit, you’ll have selected a rollout team and assigned roles and responsibilities to each member.
