This course is ideal for the project lead or members of the project team responsible for rolling out Creative Force. This content in this unit is relevant both during the final procurement stages and at the very beginning of your Creative Force journey.
Establishing a vision for what you hope your organization will achieve by implementing Creative Force is a critical step in the rollout journey. What is your organization currently struggling with? What would those challenging areas of your operations look like in a perfect world? What impact would improving those areas have on the commercial performance of your business?
These questions are critical for your organization and rollout team to answer in the early stages of your Creative Force journey. The answers to these questions also form a foundation for your communications to the rest of your organization (especially your creatives) about why you are implementing a workflow software, why you’ve chosen Creative Force, and how the introduction of Creative Force will impact their work.
In this unit, we share with you our method (and downloadable template) for capturing all of this information in a single graphic ideal for sharing both with your executive team and/or with your creatives on the studio floor.
