Welcome to Creative Force for Post Review & External Sharing! This course is anyone in the studio responsible for gathering final approval on assets from both internal and external stakeholders.
In this course, we'll delve into the Post Review feature, covering its functionality and the necessary settings to enable it in Gamma. Additionally, we'll explore the Collections feature, walking through the entire process of creating a collection, from inception to sharing. Finally, we'll examine the various functions available for reviewing collections, including tools and communication features that aid in decision-making.
In this course, you’ll learn how to:
Access Post Review Kanban by enabling Post Review skill in Studio Settings.
Configure Post Review in Workflows under "Task" section in Gamma's top navigation bar.
Customize filtering options in Post Review Kanban for efficient workflow management.
Utilize various tools for reviewing assets, including comments, markups, and color picker.
Enable external sharing of assets by creating Collections.
Configure user roles and permissions for Collection creation and editing.
Customize email sharing settings and share portal design in Studio Settings.
Access Collections from Collection Page or Post Review Kanban.
Assign roles to users in a Collection
Review assets within Collection using the review functionality
Use @mentions, comments, thread replies, reactions, and marking tools for collaboration.
Receive email notifications for mentions in comments.
Reject tasks.
Approve tasks.
